I have to jump back in here and echo these statements. I have been arguing back and forth with various TD agents over the
$100 statement credit promotion for the last six weeks.
I have been told a number of things:
1 - It's Aeroplan's promotion, so contact them instead. (
What?!)
2 - Here are the T&Cs. (
Thank you, I had those already!)
3 - Yes, you should see a credit by the week of May 25th. (
Of course I did not, so I wrote in again.)
4 - I have emailed our Core Campaigns Exception team and expect to hear an answer within the next 2 business days. (
I did not hear back, so I wrote in again.)
5 - We have re-escalated this to our partners and marked it high priority to have this looked into as soon as possible. (
Right you have... a week later I wrote in again.)
6 - After reviewing your file, I don't see that you were one of the TD customers who were targeted for this special offer. (
There is no mention anywhere of it being targeted.)
7 - I have forwarded your email to TD Credit Cards Customer Care for further review and response. (
Uh hmm.... we'll see about that.)
Has anyone been successful in actually getting this promotion applied?
