Thanks for the replies. It has shed some light on this card and my Ultimate Rewards questions.
I just logged in and noticed Chase did charge the $95 membership fee on June 1.
To clarify, do you mean you know for sure that I can still cancel the card within 60 days of the 1 year anniversary and still have the annual fee deducted?
I'm sure that I will not keep the card. I just need a little bit more time to transfer points to partners (likely United). But I want to be sure that Chase will remove the fee. If it were "too late" to have the annual fee (charged on June 1) removed then I guess I'll just keep the card. My preference though is to cancel the card, as long as I can have the annual fee of $95 that posted on June 1 removed.
