The ATRs are still running under that service, notable for the rear entrance and dodgy landings. EI Regional / Stobart is another one that BA regulars may encounter if it gets taken over, but I guess a small price to pay to get
oneworld metal in NQY.
Riga is a great city to visit, love it there. BA still do that service on a codeshare, and from the RIX end it is quite cheap given the distance, cheapest fare is £72 from RIX to LHR via HEL one way.
