I mentioned that if they thought they were getting a lot of calls before then they should expect even more now. She told me that if I wanted to check my upgrade potential then I would have to go through the process of searching the flight as if I were trying to buy a ticket.

I suggest that if anyone is concerned then they should call their particular Medallion line rep and state your opinion, it seems that it came about from people doing just that.
