There is a very easy solution... show the open seats, but don't allow them to be selected. Or show a popup that says "This seat is not able to be selected since it is not in the class of service that was purchased."
Or simply add a different seat color set for the seats in F. I can see, since all available seats are the same color, someone making an assumption about selecting them.
