No e-ticket receipt available if you use an e-voucher to pay in full?
Recently purchased a flight, paid in full using an e-voucher. I need to know the cost of the flight, but I never received an e-mail from ba.com like I usually do when I buy a flight.
When I go into MMB and click on 'Print/email e-ticket receipt' - this option is also not available, I get an error message:
Error
Sorry, an e-ticket receipt is not available for the method of payment used for this booking.
Please use 'Print/View itinerary' to print details of your journey.
However, I can't find the cost of what I paid for this flight anywhere. Anyone got a solution that doesn't involve calling BA?
