NEX trolley service ended earlier this year, and I believe they never had it on the Skyliner.

If you absolutely must have a bento for the train, they definitely sell them at the Lawson convenience store on the fifth floor of T1 and at the 7-11 on the fourth floor of T2. I believe they also have shops on the first floors of each terminal which sell them but can't point you to one in particular.
