Bumping a 7 month old thread (don't see any recent discussion of this property). Just checked in an hour ago and was upgraded (during mobile checkin, yesterday) to a deluxe/larger room. I am at the davenport hotel.

The lobby and decor are quite nice and well appointed. The room is pretty nice, but wouldn't consider it very large nor a suite. Not sure what the standard rooms look like.

Offered continental breakfast for two. Asked for a bottle of water and told I can buy it at the bar or use the vending machine. They did have plenty of penthouse rooms available in inventory but only offered me those rooms for $60 upgrade charge. I passed.

Still, great marriott in Spokane and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at any marriott ( JW, ren or otherwise) or anywhere else.
