same here....4 different CSR's and account "specialists" over a month period....no luck is getting the fee cancelled on Arrival...i am still going to keep it for the serve loads ~396 CB which covers the annual fee
i don't have any other fee free 2% CB card for everyday purchases and serve loads...the only other feature i find useful with my arrival card is Tripit pro & hertz gold
AF on Arr+ posted a couple days ago. I made 1 phone call today and was told cannot waive AF, but I know better because I got it reimbursed last year. I asked CSR to be xfered to supervisor...2 minutes later AF was fully reimbursed. I have spent well into the 6 figures on this card in last year, which may make a difference.
