Re the card, they have a weird database which gets confused with any address that is non north american, I would call them back and ask them. ALternatively, you could ask the online customer service (live) on mexicana.com to confirm your address in the system, then you could contact them to update it (via email should be OK).

It may be the case that they haven't even generated your card, welcome kits are generated out of Mexico city, and then sent to the Frecuenta office you deal with, typically anywhere outside of Mexico is dealt with at their San Antonio office. So the welcome kit will be send there from Mexico and then they can fed ex it to you, or easier, they could send it to a MX ticket counter very quickly, if you are about to head to the states (ie LAX, JFK, SFO, etc).
