I'll be flying YYZ-ATL-DCA in a couple weeks and had a couple questions.

DL.com seems to mention there is a skyteam lounge in Toronto - is that something I'm able to access as a ST E+ (DL Platinum) prior to my flight?

I purchased a ticket in L Class (Want First; Bought Coach...WFBC) but it's a Saturday morning, so I'm fairly confident of an upgrade (who knows...)

If I do get the upgrade (at the window) would I be able to access the lounge as a DL First Class passenger (assuming ST E+ doesn't get me in?)


If any of these do get me in - is it located anywhere near the Delta Gates...and also, how does US pre-clearance work with the lounge? Once I use the pre-clearance i'll be in a sterile area without lounge access, correct?
