Is F worth it for an extra connection
Trip: SEA-CDG (award travel)

It looks like I can go SEA-ORD-CDG on a 763 in business

or

SEA-ORD-LHR-CDG on a 777 in First ( except LHR-CDG leg)

Is AA First across the pond worth the extra stop in LHR?
