"By the book" the answer is no. You get one breakfast per night.

But, like many other things, it is not a perk of status, but rather a courtesy sometimes extended to guests. All manner of things such as UG's, a drink at the bar, a comped meal and so on, are out there for guests who treat the staff well.

Particularly so if you are a regular at the property and are known for being good to the staff.
