It is a pity heavy contributors to FT have a go at each other.

This is a GREAT thread maintained by GREAT contributors who SHARE their time, intel and experience. Anyone leaving here for another forum makes FT less useful.

It is pity there is no "thanks" button on FT, with all the great info on here it really should be there. It is not because there is no "thanks" message that one is not thankful, imagine the amount of "thanks" messages in a thread like this one, cloaking up the thread from the splendid information that is shared. I know I didn't post a bunch of thanks with that in mind.

And, I know I'll participate at 90
