It is legit. I have seen a sheet with different prices for Y->C and C->F. They only accept credit cards issued in China, no cash accepted. A guy tried to pay crew cash but was refused. He had to ask around for someone with China issued credit card to upgrade and reimbursed the other guy. I was not able to help as my credit card didn't work (issued in USA).
