My wife is connecting in FRA from a flight from the US arriving in Terminal 2 to a LH flight departing from Terminal 1. She is not familiar with FRA, so I am considering using the arrival service to help her get from her arrival gate to the Lufthansa Lounge. She will not have any luggage (except for a small piece of hand luggage.

Two questions: has anyone used the arrival service in FRA? and do you tip the person who meets and helps you?
