1. I requested a car on Saturday, and 3 drivers accepted; system glitch, for sure (and I didn't get charged for the extra cars), but people who don't speak Chinese would have a difficult time turning away cars 2 and 3

2. Tonight's driver canceled on me because he didn't like my destination

3. Tonight's second driver got me home, but only after giving me on a tour of Shanghai; he killed the ride after we reached 内环 so I didn't lose any money, but 内环 was a really dumb idea on his part (we were going from the shed to xtd)
