Are these RT fares? If so, they're great prices for business class. However, I suspect not since the DL/KE flights are only 70,000 miles for business class.
If you can afford it, JAL would be a great experience. For KE, check the seat maps, as many of their aircraft use 2-3-2 seating, which is horrible for business class. In fact, check seat configurations for any flights you're considering.
