Maybe I missed it but I don't remember reading any posts discrediting the passenger.
There has been a lot of discussion about the person crying racism, there has been a lot of talk about the passenger over reacting etc. There has been a lot of talk about how it isn't really United, and how the FA probably said this or that.
I've seen amazing things with my own eyes with this airline.
