Technically.
If you go up the elevator/stairs, and you turn right, that section is the no cell zone. Although there were like 8 of us in there speaking quite passionately (e.g. loudly) yesterday afternoon

Cow, YEG2MM and myself will be there around 11 or 11:30. Will be there until YEG2MM's flight leaves and then Cow/my flight leaves at around 1:15pm. Will try to convince Cow to get us a cart....
