With the introduction of Delta Studio, there's little reason to install or maintain IFE/AVOD on any aircraft used domestically that have wifi, even though it might be slightly more convenient to have the built-in screen and the option of working on a laptop and watching a movie simultaneously. AFAIK DL can charge the same prices to coach passengers for DeltaStudio items as for equivalent content through AVOD.
