But that is not the point of my post. Just wanted to clarify For anyone interested in deep dish pizza, there are TWO kinds, pan & stuffed.

Places like Giordano's & Edwardo's are serving stuffed pizzas meaning there is crust on bottom & top with cheese stuffed in between.

Places like Uno's (the original please, don't go to the horrid franchises), Due's, Lou Malnati's & Geno's East are pan pizza, meaning only crust on bottom & the rest of the ingredients are piled on top.
