When do Shopping portals points on OTA bookings post?
Shopping portals like Upromise.com offer up to 5% for OTA hotel bookigns like hotels.com, expedia, etc...
I understand how Upromise might pay out if the payment is to the OTA at the time of booking.
But many times, the actual charge is at the hotel in hotel currency after the stay.
Does Upromise actually give cash back for charges like that?
Does anyone have any data points on this?
