What a nightmare...

Just got the CSP. Used it for some hotel stays and then tried to book a trip through a travel agency. Get a phone call re fraud. Answer some questions with the "security" team and the lady notes account has been shut down. Guess I got some questions wrong? Regardless, I was advised to go to nearest branch. Go to branch. Verify indentity. Branch chase person calls the security team. No more information given to the branch chase associate. The chase local associate was informed that a security analyst will be in touch. I also spoke to a supervisor security person over the phone before visiting the branch - he said you will receive a letter. What a crap show....

I suppose they are doing their part and being vigilant, but geez talk about going overboard. Never had a problem with AMEX
