Hilton is too $$$. I may do a night at the Sheraton TLV just to check it out, or the one in Jerusalem.
Ironically, with BA, I receive 25% actual miles but 50% AA Platinum renewal miles.
With ELAL, would have 50% actual miles but no elite miles. Plus, with all the security, will pass on ELAL, thanks.
As for Swiss, the fare was almost double, plus, you can have serious weather concerns at ZRH. The Swiss girl I was chasing turns out she is seeing someone.
