As to the snack, it amazes me that people will book themselves around a smallish nibble, even if it's somewhat tasty. Can't really be that desperate. Maybe it's just the thought of something free.
Maybe it's a sign of better customer service. DL seems to have better service than their competitors and some of us appreciate that.
