If the suggested options fail, I've had great experience with KLM via their social media pages (Twitter or Facebook). I posted on their wall that I wanted someone to contact me and they private message'd me. It took a few messages back and forth but they took care of everything I needed and as a PM you should get comfort seats for free. They were really responsive and was nice to not be on hold forever.
