Does anyone know if EVA AIR allows bags to be anywhere under 32KG as long as we do not exceed the total max allowance? Or are they limiting each piece to 23KG?
CDG=TPE is on the weight system. I think there are 2 questions:

1 - does EVA allow pooling of your baggage allowance?
2 - if it does, what is the maximum allowed per checked bag?

In the piece system, if you have a bag that is over 50 and a bag that is under 50, many agents at many airlines will ask you to move some from the heavy bag to the lighter bag. If EVA does that, then you probably will run into the same problem when trying to combine the weight limit.
