The 13F aircraft were reconfigured to 12F when they had the Prime (New First) cabin fitted. It might be possible you just have a rogue seat map.
I invariably find that when travelling on a 12F aircraft a phantom (and apparently occupied) 4K appears on the seatmap about 3/4 days prior to departure.
Of course there is no 3K or 4K once you get on board.
