I checked my purchases through Gate365 this morning and it's missed 13 in the last 6 months so I put the claims in and they total around 14,000 miles. I've also got a few others just about to go past the 40 day mark, one of which is for around 9,000 miles and two others for around 4,100 miles each.

I hate to think how many miles I've missed out on over the years but I'll sure as hell be keeping my own records from here on in. Most of the missed transactions are through Viking but there are some through Staples as well.

How stupid of me to assume that BA would use a tracking system that records every transaction
