Depending upon the hotel booked, you may be able to pull your rez up on their website to confirm the booking. Some sites will let you pull up by name/dates or some combination of data you should know. Also, if you are a member of their loyalty program, you may be able to have your number added that will tie the rez to your account. Just keep in mind many programs now require you to book via their site(s) to get credit, but the airline might be a preferred business booking site and you might get credit.
