Bretteee - I was in fact stranded in Israel during the strike, and had to fly with Royal Jordanian back to Europe as a result. No sympathy for El-Al or its employees - they kept TLV closed just so foreign carriers won't get any business from their own travelers once the strike was lifted right b4 a weekend. I won't buy another El-Al ticket ever if I can help it.
