Initially it was *G at 35K. Now I've been SE for two years the question is bit more difficult. LH is just as convenient to get home to Canada and it would be more valuable for travel around Europe. I guess the main reasons are
1) do not want to give up SE over 1 year to reach Senator on LH
2) like the instant KK for flights while I am in Canada
3) LH lounges are horrible places. Almost as bad as the airports around them.
4) I like AC
