Along with that, you'd be able to use mobile data but it would be through some transceiver on the plane rather than directly from your devices?
With VoIP becoming pretty common there isn't too much need to have 800/900/1800/1900 mhz radios plus whatever flavor you'd like, just reserving bandwidth for voip would be easier. Gogo would be able to handle voip for the most part, but latency is going to be the issue.
