Flew HKG-DFW in F earlier this week. So ABYSMAL I'm going to write a few letters as they need drastic improvement. I've never experienced more incompetence and indifference from FAs in a premium cabin before. C was 100x better from DFW-HKG.

It was so bad, I literally have a list of close to 30 issues from the flight. The top ones:

1) No beverages at all for first 2 courses of meal. No water, no nothing.
2) FA would take only one item at a time (one drink or one meal) from the galley to the seats. Even with only 8 seats, this takes up a lot of time!
3) No water refills or dessert beverage offering during meal service. No "can I get you anything else?" after dessert tray taken.
4) Non-stop talking in galley and front right bathroom area between FA and FA's non-rev (assume mother) from hours 3-7. I would have said something if I tried to sleep. I don't know how others in 1D and 1G were able to sleep.
5) FAs would not refill water glasses (if you still had one) after meal service until you "finished the water bottle we gave you (at beginning of flight)." FA would then only refill your small water bottle WITH A pour from a big water bottle (causing water to splash onto the floor as you try and fill the small bottle). Would NOT provide a glass to fill water with. Ridiculous.

I'm leaving out the nitpicky items like no turndown offered to anyone, getting red wine with my fish when I had asked for white twice, no second PDB during a 1 hour ground hold at gate, and running out of second meal entrees, but all these add up to the worst premium experience in my AA life.
