I found the renovated rooms in West Wing didn't suggest Grand Hyatt standards at all. It felt more like a Holiday Inn Express. Very bland, odd colours, somewhat "plastic" like feel. The most uncomfortable desk chair I've experienced - looked like it came from an Ikea catalogue where it might look good but is rather impractical.

The lounge in West Wing is great - loved the views of the planes taking off and landing. However at weekends it is overrun with families, some of whom seemed to allow their children to run amok. We were sent to the East Wing lounge, which still had children, but wasn't large enough for there to be so many running around. I know it's hard for staff to deal with children when the parents won't, but the hotel could do better at either enforcing a minimum standard of behaviour, or having one of the lounges as adults only.

Can't beat the Category 2 rating, though, as well as the proximity to Incheon Airport...
