The stories seem to be inconsistent. If the nanny was next to her, and the "gentleman" was also next to her, how is that possible on a RJ?

Just proof that the truth isn't all out quite yet, regardless of who was to blame.

Either the child was running around in the aisle or not. That's the key piece of evidence that remains disputed.
