The flight crews all hate it. Other passengers hate it. The only people who like it are those parents too cheap to buy another ticket. Boohoo if they can't afford it. Don't fly with them or maybe don't have children until you can.
Amen! ^^^ Lap children over 6 months old are accidents waiting to happen. They need to be in a car seat in their own seat. Also, since typically they are used to car seats, they usually calm down.
