From what I saw in my flight, there is no more legroom than in the seats in front of them where there are 3 seats per row. The fact is that the aircraft cabin curbs towards inside in that area (it's close to the tale of the plane) so there is not enough room for 3 seats on the lateral sit rows.
What you get is just a little more room towards your isle area then in the regular seats (the interval is a bit wider) so it's more easy to get off the seats than in a 3-seat row. I'm not sure I explained it very clearly, but yes, they are slightly better than the other regular seats and also yes they are overpriced (they should be at the same price as regular seats in my opinion and not 30 euros more for each).
