Had a great transit stay here earlier this week. Diamond was placed in the West Wing. Lounge is just beautiful with a great view. The rooms are perfect.
There is a dedicated shuttle across the street from door 14 of the arrivals. No need to look at trains or other options. Every 15 mins between 5:20AM and 11:20PM. It comes by at 5, 20, 35, and 50 past the hour.
