Yeah, I think that's the best one to buy. And if a miracle happens and we get free gas again at Giant, you can use the Shell gift cards for the overage.
I also saw BP and Gulf gift cards at Home Depot.
For those going to Royal Farms, what I tend to do is walk into the store and buy gift cards $30 at a time on my different AMEX cards (they let you load whatever you want). That way, you don't have to buy exactly $30 in gas to maximize the deal.
