I credit my miles on Air China domestic (the few allowed anyway, e.g. BJS-PVG) and sort-of domestic HKG-BJS to Lufthansa Miles and More. I also just joined Air China Club and Hainan Airlines programs since you never know if and when you will fly them enough to actually earn enough points for a ticket.
