Nope, not since UA snagged CA. If and when CA joins *A, there's hope that we'll be able to earn miles for domestic flights in *A programs. In the meantime, consider yourself blessed for being able to pick flights based entirely on old-fashioned considerations (price, schedule, type of plane, etc) wthout a guilty conscience. (One could argue that MU--&gt;AsiaMiles is useful, but the combination of 50% accrual and outrageously priced awards is a bit of a turn-off for me).
