I just booked 4 tickets from Boston to Hawaii with skypass miles. If the alaskaair.com site showed availability at the 20k level (each way) the skypass agent was able to see the flight. If the flight was showing at the 30k level, but still in the saver column, it was not available to book with skypass miles.
