We are traveling to the San Mateo area this Sunday 5/31-Sat 6/6 for my husband's work. We are trying to decide between the DoubleTree SF Airport & the Hilton SF Airport Bayfront. Both properties seem to have somewhat average reviews, and I can see pros & cons at both. Both of their threads on here are fairly inactive or have mostly older reviews. Has anyone stayed at either property recently & can provide some insight?

We'd be in a recently updated deluxe room at the DoubleTree, and an executive level room at the Hilton. The DoubleTree comes out to be about $175 cheaper including room rate, parking, & internet.
