Since I know WS monitors this now, I would like to express my frustration with one aspect of the program. Every year I meet the minimum $6K spend, which eventually results in a 3% WJ Dollars earn rate (cash back) on flights. At my year end (March 31), it resets to 0, and my earn rate goes down to 1%, and I eventually build it back to 3%.

As someone who has been the equivalent of gold since the inception of the program, it is frustrating that my earn rate doesnt stay at 3% for the following year. It would be more fair if it adjusts back down to 1% if you do not re qualify in the following year, but starting from scratch every year is frustrating.
