No - if regular galley stuff doesn't bother you (like, people moving about between the curtain). You will be just fine. I've been on all FINs now multiple times... for a total of 29 flights I believe. 1A is just fine. The pods are very private and spacious. If the majority of boarding and deplaning didn't happen mid-galley, I would choose 1A as my seat.
What he said. And you get 3 windows. 1K is my favorite seat. I assume 1A would be great too! The galley has never bothered me, although i've only been on that seat 3x.
Also, 1K is closer to the galley than 1A (the galley is on the right side (if you're staring towards the front of the A/C)). So if 1K is fine, 1A must be fine.
