L'ad di Aeroporti di Roma, Lorenzo Lo Presti, è indagato dalla procura di Civitavecchia nell'ambito dell'inchiesta sul rogo nel Terminal 3 dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino. E' accusato di avere violato la normativa sulla sicurezza dei lavoratori. L'ipotesi di accusa è legata all'impiego del personale, nei giorni successivi all'incendio, in violazione delle norme in materia di tutela della salute. Almeno 150 lavoratori hanno recentemente lamentato problemi respiratori ed alla pelle.

Lorenzo Lo Presti, chief of the airport of Rome, is under investigation by the prosecutor of Civitavecchia over the matter at Terminal 3 at FCO. He is accused of violating rules on worker safety. He is accused of making employees work in the days right after the fire in violation of health rules. At least 150 workers have complained of respiratory and skin problems.
