Minor correction: you have confused 6th freedom with 8th freedom

6th freedom is carrying passengers between two foreign country via home country, i.e LAX-YYZ-LHR under one AC flight number. It is implicitly granted using combination of 3rd and 4th freedom.

8th freedom is the intra-national you are talking about.
