AC used to fly to SIN via Europe from Canada, not CP.

CP flew HKG-BKK and HKG-MNL in the mid/late 1990's.

CP also flew YVR-TYO-HKG for many years with DC8 and 747 until the arrival of the longer range variant 747-400 and DC10-30 in the early 1990's.

I am almost sure that CP has traffic rights between HKG-BKK-HKG and HKG-MNL-HKG, as well as HKG-TYO-HKG.

CX used to fly YVR-SFO with full traffic right between the two cities and they are flying YVR-JFK daily now with full passenger carrying rights.

TG operated YYZ-SEA for a short time with an A320 in the 1990's.
